Carbide Rotary Burrs are used for cutting, shaping, grinding and for the removal of sharp edges, burrs and excess material.

Carbide rotary files (tungsten steel grinding heads) have a wide range of applications. They are used in mold manufacturing, chamfering, rounding, and grooving of mechanical parts, removing burrs, flash, and weld seams from castings, forgings, and welded parts, finishing processing of pipes and impeller passages, as well as artistic carving of metal and non-metal materials such as bone, jade, and stone

 

Usage:

Carbide rotary files (tungsten steel grinding heads) are primarily used with power tools or pneumatic tools (they can also be mounted on machine tools). The recommended driving speed ranges from 6000 to 50000 revolutions per minute (RPM).
